All of the Spanish movies were filmed on one long, sunny day: 17 July 2002, shuttling between the Costa Brava resort of Lloret de Mar and Barcelona. The set covers the coastal motorway in both directions, split into parts as the tape allowed.
In between there is a proper city movie — Barcelona itself, crawling from the Glòries area through summer traffic. Bright Mediterranean light throughout, a world away from the foggy autobahns and rainy Ardennes lanes elsewhere in the catalog.
